How do I know what frame size will fit my face?
Every frame has three measurements on the inside of the temple in millimeters: lens width (45–58mm), bridge width (14–22mm), and temple length (135–150mm). Match the numbers on a pair you already wear comfortably, or use our Virtual Try-On above. Full sizing guide.

What is pupillary distance (PD) and how do I measure it at home?
PD is the distance between the centers of your pupils in millimeters (adult PD is typically 54–74mm). Stand 8 inches from a mirror, hold a millimeter ruler across your brow, and measure from the center of one pupil to the other. Your eye doctor is required to provide it on request. Step-by-step.
